HOLDING

SPACE

FOR

INTUITION

and

DEPTH

I don’t know how to define myself to one cohesive idea. I am ever- changing, and Curious to explore in many directions. But my purpose, that has always evolved with me, is to hold space. It is my deeper calling to GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO hear YOUR intuition, and create what truly lights YOU up — from the inside out.

Welcome, and thank you so much for being here. I’m always amazed that somehow our paths are crossing, here and now. I created this space to be a mirror. A reflection. A creative partner. Before we begin creating together, I thought it’s important for you to know a bit of who I am.

  • As I pisces sun & moon, I could always see It so clearly — unbounded fields of possibility. So when I would observe people around me pursuing things that didn’t really matter to them, it would ignite some kind of fire within me - but I didn’t always know why.

As I’ve gotten to know myself deeper, and have connected some of the dots, I’ve begun to understand that my purpose is tied to this fire — I am most passionate about our capability to create whatever is calling to us. We can live according to our own rhythms, purpose, and meanings, and when we do, we truly add light to the collective.

For me, I love things that allow me to explore the depths of life — the feelings, emotions, and worlds beyond this one. Vessels like coaching and photography allow me to see deeper — into myself, others, the nature and mystery of life through the present moment. I realize that my light, like yours, is connected to a bigger tapestry. We are all connected in living motion, and when we live in alignment with our dharma (purpose) it relates to the bigger picture. It’s about the journey in devotion, for the sacredness of this life together.

My why is my purpose. It’s what moves me. It’s walking into the fire, rising above my own uncertainty and standing up for what I believe in most. I am here to inspire and uplift. To hold space for realness. To ignite a re-awakening, a remembrance of who we are.

    A homecoming.

  • I’ve spent what feels like forever going back and forth on my dreams. Ever since I was younger, I’ve always had this unwavering sense that I am here to guide, serve, and heal through my own creative space. But as highschool ended, I followed the route expected of me; I went to college, and chose to study branding and packaging design. I learned that what I was doing was incredibly creative and inspiring, and full of knowledge that serves me in so many ways. I also quickly learned that it would not define who I am or what I do for the rest of my life. Years passed, and the expansive vision I’ve always had for myself never left.

Somewhere along this path, between restless confusion and doubt of what I am here to do, life coaching found me. I enrolled in a certification program in march of 2021 and learned more than I could have ever imagined — but what resonated with me most was the power of serving in a way that holds space for others to realize their own answers, wisdom, and healer within. There is nothing more profound in this human experience than when we re-awaken to our own power and true essence. If there is one gift I could go back in time to give my younger self, it would be more space and encouragement to listen to my own ideas, intuition and instincts. When we have people, or that one person, who supports us in learning how to tune into our intuition instead of all the outer noise, it is truly a gift. So, it would be my honor if I could be someone who holds the space for you. Because the way I see it, we are all creators. It shows up in every form — from the way you sip your coffee in the morning, to the conversations you have, to the way you love, choose your outfit, launch a business, paint, or the way you are creating your entire life. Moment after moment.

Now I am in a space where I feel so free in saying I am not here to do one thing or be one version of myself forever. My purpose is rooted in holding space for others, and I created Soul Dive as a container for everything that excites or fascinates me. I realize I am ever-expanding, and I want to build something that can grow and change fluidly with me. A space that allows me to serve authentically and create freely. To share light, generously. And to always be able to show up in the ways I feel called to. You can read more specifically about Soul Dive as you explore this site or meet me on instagram, but for now — let’s keep this open ended. ;)

  • Here’s a spontaneous collection of things that I love:

Nature and the changing seasons. Slow, warm mornings. Having a camera in my hands, especially film. Morning light as it pours through the window. Impromptu new/full moon rituals. Deep conversation. My family. My three younger sisters, and my two chosen sisters, who have been in my life since I was 4. I love when new ideas and visions come through. Seashells. Greece – my first time in Europe was this past summer, and now I want to explore the rest of the world. I love mood boarding and designing, making everything around me look beautiful. Storytelling and creating. Yoga and energy healing. Learning about astrology, and how it’s all written in the stars. I love feeling deeply connected to life and creating meaning in this world.

  • Honestly, I see this space evolving into something so much bigger than myself. I don’t know how it all unfolds, but I know what I am curious to learn about and someday explore.

Right now, I want to hold open, sacred healing spaces. I envision us building a connected community together. Where we choose our truths, even it it seems unexpected or like “the path less taken.” I want to create spaces through coaching and intentional photo sessions where we can be raw, real, and honest - even if it’s uncomfortable. Spaces so open that we find ourselves illuminating the shadows and healing, together. Telling our stories with self acceptance and courage to be who we are. To create what we desire.

Someday I would love to host intimate retreats/gatherings for us to connect, share, and be human. And I want to do it around the world. I want to design every detail for you, from the flow of the weekend, to the tablescapes we nourish around, the location we book, and the content we immerse in. Wow. :,) It makes me so excited to just think about it.

Really, my dream is to always see myself for all of who I am, to love myself. To see you for all of who you are, to love you. To find deep understanding and feel the sacred interconnectedness that makes this journey of existence so beautiful.

  • As I wrote under “MY STORY,” I studied packaging design in college, and I currently work as a brand strategist (I was always known as the “artist” growing up and have loved anything relating to design: interiors, photography, fashion, etc.) – so my dream has always been to have my own brand to design for.

This concept and design for Soul Dive is one that came through to me effortlessly. Every detail is infused with meaning. As I began to think of life coaching, photography, my purpose, and what that meant for me, I knew the sea was a visual metaphor to use for going deeper and moving beyond the surface. So when I created this website, I wanted to make it easy enough to navigate, but interesting as a deep, alluring exploration. That’s why you’ll find that there are long moments of scrolling through images to “go beyond the surface” where you’ll then find the information you might be seeking. And if you swim deep enough, you’ll find a hidden pearl at the bottom of each page — The treasure that exists in the depths of our being.

I REALLY love making everything I touch look beautiful. I will do everything with clear intention. That’s how I operate (for better or worse sometimes haha), but every detail will always feed a bigger vision, and I really appreciate this way of thoughtful storytelling.

Images of myself on this site are captured by the inspiring Mary Kate, @cakes8. The rest are my images, and a glimpse into how I see the world.
